Why the agency exists
We kept meeting ecommerce brands who were told their problem was traffic. In most cases the traffic was already there. What was missing was an experience clear enough to convert it. Timivantage Team was built to work on that gap.

A store is not a brochure. It is a sequence of decisions a customer makes under uncertainty. Our job is to remove the uncertainty at the moment it appears, in the order customers experience it.

How we think about customer journeys
We describe the journey in seven stages, from discovery to repeat purchase, then measure one indicator per stage. The stage with the widest gap becomes the next project. That is how priorities get decided here.

Timivantage Team was founded by an ecommerce specialist who spent years watching brands spend more on traffic while the experience behind it stayed unchanged. That frustration became the agency's point of view.
The founder sets the standard for how we diagnose stores, but the work is delivered as a team across design, Shopify build, Replo, lifecycle marketing and search. The agency is the brand. The founder supports the story.
