Client responsibilities

Timely access to the store, analytics and relevant accounts, plus timely feedback, are required for delivery to stay on schedule.

The client is responsible for the accuracy of product, pricing, legal and policy information published on their store.

Results and expectations

We apply professional judgement, evidence and established ecommerce practice. We do not guarantee specific conversion rates, revenue outcomes, search rankings or visibility inside AI systems.

Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including product, pricing, market demand, operations and traffic quality.

Intellectual property

On full payment, deliverables created specifically for a client engagement transfer to the client.

Our internal frameworks, processes, templates and reusable components remain the property of Timivantage Team.

Confidentiality

Both parties treat commercial and technical information exchanged during an engagement as confidential.

We publish work only with the client's permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
