Client confidentiality

Where a client has not documented or approved a result, we do not publish figures about that engagement.

Third party services

Scheduling is handled through Calendly, and messaging may take place through WhatsApp. Information you submit inside those services is also governed by their own policies.

Client work may involve platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Replo and analytics providers, accessed under the permissions granted by the client.

Data retention

Enquiry information is retained only as long as it is useful for the conversation it belongs to, or as required for our records.
